Development Manager to join their team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate should
have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with at least 5-10 years of relevant
experience in NON-IT/Information Technology industry. ABM Info Tech Private

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager
will be to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by
partnering with them and understanding their needs. The candidate should be
able to identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new
products and competition status. The candidate should have a proven ability to drive
the sales process from plan to close and should be aware of the market and
should be able to develop .
The Business Development Manager should also monitor competition,
economic indicators, and industry trends. The candidate should be able to sell
products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects,
recommending solutions, and should be able to present products and services to
the organization. The Business Development Manager should identify business
opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs. The
candidate should also be able to effectively cross-sell opportunities with
other ABM Info Tech products and services.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating,
closing, tracking, and reporting results of sales opportunities. The candidate
should nurture opportunities through the sales cycle to close.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with
at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in NON-IT/Information Technology
industry. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, should be a team player, and should be able to work in a fast-paced
environment. The candidate should be able to meet targets and should have a good
understanding of the market and the competition. The candidate should be able
to commute or relocate to Sialkot.
Salary:
The salary for this position is between Rs 50,000 - Rs 70,000 per
month, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
